Making changes to your diet is important but moving around will definitely help with the journey. Not everyone likes exercising, feel free to do any activity that you love such as walking or even dancing like myself. Weight loss should not feel like the ultimate punishment and so I do what I enjoy, after all, Bob Marley said, "One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain".
